Day 2 Tour of Barcelona
After a group breakfast consisting of cereals, croissants, pastries, churros, sausage, fried egg, bacon and / or toast, we got on the coach at 9am to travel to Barcelona. Our tour guide Isabel was really friendly and informative as we toured round the city, stopping off at the Olympic Stadium, Montjuic, the Plaza Mayor and the Sagrada Familia before heading to FC Barcelona's stadium Camp Nou. Mr Arnold and Mrs Salt were more fascinated by the mouse in the cafe garden, it must be said.
Back to the hotel for dinner and we're heading down to the beach shortly before bed.

Day 2 and it's raining
A loud rumble of thunder in the middle of the night showed the weather forecast to be true, unfortunately. Rain dodging today on our tour, I predict. At least it's the Nou Camp tour this afternoon - although last night one pupil asked if Ronaldo played there and then asked if Real Madrid and Barcelona weren't just the same thing. Now even I know that's a big no-no..

Day 1 post dinner
Here are some of the pupils getting their wifi top-up after Mrs Salt unkindly banned phones from the dinner table(s). There was a buffet and some pupils were very adventurous with what they tried including shrimp, fish and paella. We then walked down to the centre of Salou for a quick spot of retail therapy and back to the hotel for some chill time then bed.

Barcelona June 2015
The boarding passes have been checked (3 times), the school mobile collected, the first aid kit hopefully not needed and we'll not see Grosvenor for another week. See you at the airport Monday morning
